How can we help?

Email contact@5ptsgames.com with the game's name in the subject line. The most helpful reports include: what you were doing when it happened, what you expected, what actually happened, and your device or browser. A screenshot or screen recording is gold.

Purchases made through an app store are processed and refunded by that store, not by us:

• Google Play: request a refund through the Google Play refund process.
• Apple App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If a purchase didn't arrive in-game after a successful payment, email us and we'll make it right.

Game progress is saved on your device (or in the hosting platform's storage for browser versions of our games). Because we don't run our own account servers, we generally can't restore progress from a deleted or reset device — but email us and we'll do what we can.

Email us with the name of the game you'd like to test in the subject line. Dinotopia is playtesting now; Titan Miners and Hookshot Henry playtests will open as they get closer to release.
